Important information

Please review the following important information before scheduling your styling service:

  • Consultation Required:
    A consultation is required before every purchase and service. This allows us to discuss your style goals, budget, lifestyle, and expectations to ensure the best results.
  • Consultation Deposit:
    nonrefundable $15 deposit is required to secure your consultation appointment. This deposit is applied to your consultation time.
  • Hourly Rates:
    All styling services are billed at an hourly rate. Final pricing will depend on the type of service selected and the total time required.
  • Minimum Time Commitment:
    Some services may require a minimum number of hours, which will be discussed during your consultation.
  • Budget Transparency:
    Clients are encouraged to share a realistic shopping or styling budget prior to services. This ensures recommendations align with your comfort level.
  • Purchases & Expenses:
    Clothing, accessories, and other styling-related purchases are not included in service fees unless otherwise stated and are the client’s responsibility.
  • Cancellations & Rescheduling:
    Cancellations or reschedules must be made within the stated timeframe. Missed appointments or late cancellations may result in forfeiting the consultation deposit.
  • Timeliness:
    Appointments begin and end as scheduled. Late arrivals may shorten your session but will still be billed for the full time reserved.
  • Results & Style Direction:
    Styling is a collaborative process. While guidance and expertise are provided, final outfit choices remain the client’s decision.
  • Communication:
    Clear and timely communication is essential for a successful styling experience. Please respond promptly to requests for information or confirmations.
